I didn’t find anything appealing about Katherine’s character
Well, the plot is not new, but still quite watchable. I just didn’t feel the chemistry (from Laura Dern’s side) that would make the story believable.
Katherine’s character was nothing like that to me, just a pale, decrepit, shallow writer
Let’s face it: if a young, hot person likes someone this old, they’re expected to be smart, charming, interesting, etc. I wonder what would ignite the spark for Owen, maybe just his vulnerability at the time.
Katherine’s tantrums were hard to watch 😃
I also would have liked to have seen more depth in Owen’s previous relationship. Now I just feel bad for him in both of his relationships.
